VGK Fan Fest

Description:

The Vegas Golden Knights will be celebrating the start of the 2024-25 season with Fan Fest, presented by Toyota, at Downtown Summerlin® on Sunday, October 6.

Festivities will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. PT at The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin®. The event will offer fans an opportunity to see the Golden Knights players just days before Opening Knight on Wednesday, October 9. Team broadcasters, head coach Bruce Cassidy and members of the VGK Cast – including Chance, the Vegas Vivas and the Knights Guard – will also be in attendance.

Fan Fest is free and open to the public and all ages. Family friendly activities will include music, ball hockey, giveaways and a special first responder vehicle activation.

Vegas PBS Be My Neighbor Day is returning on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Lawn in Downtown Summerlin. Be My Neighbor Day is a free outdoor event that promotes being a caring neighbor. Attendees can engage in community-faced acts of kindness and take part in family-friendly activities. PBS KIDS’ beloved characters Daniel Tiger and Katerina Kittycat will be on stage for guest appearances throughout the day.

Description:

Plan to be here for one of the most popular events of the year. Henderson Hot Rod Days is back for the 5th year with the largest car show in the region. Held in partnership with Boulder City Cruisin' Association, Water Street will transform into an automobile enthusiast dream, showcasing 600 classic, custom and muscle cars along with trucks and motorcycles. A variety of bands will provide the soundtrack to the weekend's festivities!

The two-day event features:
