Description:

Sunflower Yoga class at Gilcrease Orchard is an opportunity to engage in your personal yoga practice, move your mind, body and spirit. Link your breath and movement in this all-levels Yoga practice, you will connect deeply with the flowers in a mindful and meditative way.

This outdoor class will overlook the blooming sunflowers fields, surrounding beautiful mountains, and will bring you an unforgettable experience! At the end you’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. You will also have the option to take home three freshly cut sunflowers to enjoy.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Yoga mat.

  • Dress comfortability.

  • Water, hat, sunscreen, and towel.

  • Have your shears to cut sunflowers.

  • TICKET PRICE $20 PLUS TRANSACTION FEES

  • 1 ticket per person. Attendees must be 12 years old and older.

  • Ticket includes a fresh drink and three fresh cut Sunflowers.

  • As this is a special event, we will not be able to reimburse you if you are unable to attend.

  • To reschedule your tickets, go to Manage Tickets on Tickets Website. You can only change your tickets 48 hours prior to the event and if that time slot is available.

  • Please keep in mind that the rest of the Orchard remains closed.

Description:

An Evening at the Ballpark is a fundraiser event to benefit children and families who have been traumatized by abuse and neglect.

The Children's Advocacy Center Foundation's (CACF) third annual An Evening at the Ballpark fundraiser event will take place at the Las Vegas Ballpark in Downtown Summerlin on Saturday, June 1, 2024, for the Las Vegas Aviators vs. Sugar Land Space Cowboys game. The evening will consist of a casual ‘ballpark’ reception for 250 people (children and adults) in the Jaguar Land Rover Party Deck located down the 3rd base line on the club level featuring an exclusive, open-air space with picturesque views of the ballpark and Las Vegas skyline. The event will include food and drinks, cash bar, and reserved seating for all guests.

An Evening at the Ballpark event supports the work of the CACF, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It is the mission of the CACF to help and heal children and families who have been traumatized by child abuse and neglect by providing vital services when they need them the most.

Along with our community outreach, prevention, and advocacy efforts, the CACF has successfully implemented several programs designed to directly benefit children who have been abused. These include the Vegas Heals program, which provides critical mental healthcare, and our Community Closet and Food Pantry program, which provides necessities to help children and families distance themselves from their abusers. Coming in Summer 2024, the CACF will be hosting its first annual Camp Thrive Las Vegas, which will benefit child survivors of sexual abuse ages 9-13.

Now in its 16th year, Las Vegas Restaurant Week gives restaurants in our community the opportunity to give back through the culinary arts.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an annual 12-day event, held every spring, that encourages people to dine out for a good meal, a good value, and a good cause. The city’s finest restaurants offer special three-course prix fixe menus, donating a small portion of proceeds to Three Square Food Bank.

Since 2007, millions of meals have been provided for those in need through Restaurant Week. By joining us, you are helping Three Square reach its goal of feeding hungry families and individuals in Southern Nevada.

Spring Mountain Ranch State Park requires a $10 fee per VEHICLE per entrance unless you have an annual pass. For your convenience you can pay the fee along with your ticket purchase.

Pets: No Pets are allowed including emotional support animals.

Chairs: Stadium Chairs only in blanket area, chairs are available for $1.00.

Parking: Parking opens at 5:00 pm, the meadow opens at 6:00 pm and the show begins at 8:05 PM. We have Handicapped Accessible Parking adjacent to the meadow that opens at 6:00 pm. If you arrive at the general parking lot before 6:00 pm, the parking attendant will direct you to a designated holding area, then direct you to the Handicapped parking at 6:00 pm.

Rain: Shows will not be called for rain prior to 8:05 pm and then only if it is actually raining. Thunderstorms are common during the day in the Las Vegas valley, but rarely last till evening and the meadow is dry by opening time. Please provide your cellphone number when purchasing tickets so we can text you of any updates on the day of the show.
