Welcome back to Sunflower Yoga class at Gilcrease Orchard! We're delighted to welcome you back to the peaceful beauty of the sunflower field for the second year of movement, mindfulness and sunshine! Whether you are a returning participant or joining us for the first time, we are honor to share this unique outdoor experience with you!

Sunflower Yoga is thoughtfully designed to support all levels of practice, from first time beginners to experienced yogis. Surrounded by nature's vibrant energy, each session offers a space to move the intention, connect with the present moment, and enjoy the restorative power of being outdoors.
