Fourth Annual Unplug and Play Event

Description:

The City of North Las Vegas invites families to its fourth annual Unplug and Play Toy Giveaway on Saturday, July 26 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at City Hall Liberty Park. The event is designed for kids to enjoy a day playing outside and unplugged from their devices. Children up to 13 years old will have the chance to participate in a free toy giveaway, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Children must be present to receive items.

Unplug and Play highlights the importance of fostering community engagement and promoting healthy outdoor play among children. The Unplug and Play event provides a valuable opportunity for kids to disconnect from screens, enjoy physical activities and build social connections. Partners include: Toys For Tots, United Movement Organized Kindness, UNLV, Fiesta 98.1 FM, Good 360, Reignited Worship Center, and the City of North Las Vegas Police and Fire Departments.

Get ready for an epic glow-in-the-dark Nerf battle in our 10,000-square-foot arena! Wear comfortable sneakers and bring your own Nerf gun (labeled with your name) — we'll supply the strike darts (no mega darts, please). Protective eyewear is recommended for safety.

Dinner will be provided, so you can fuel up for the action.
